SOCAR’s new prestigious headquarters, designed by South Korean architecture firm Heerim, is a landmark building for the company as well as for the Baku city. The complex, which includes a total built-up area of approximately 100,200 square meters, was completed by May 2016.
Services provided were project management in full scope, including tender, procurement, contract, cost, programme management, local authorities and major parties liaison as well as the Client’s representation from start till the the successful completion. For the moment the ongoing works are defect liability period oversight started right after successful commissioning and taking over of the complex by the Client.
